Booking Information & Cancellation Conditions
We offer transparent conditions so that you know exactly what to expect. Whether you're planning far in advance or last minute, we ensure that the details of your booking are always clearly communicated. Cancellations are only valid in written form. The cancellation policy is governed by the Austrian Hotel Regulations. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
- Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
- In the last week before the arrival date: 100% of the total package price
On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure, until 11:00 AM. In the case of a late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged.
Payment: Cash, EC card, Mastercard, or VISA.
Deposit: The deposit is €100.00 per room, please transfer it in advance.
